ACCESS AND STAIRS

Funday Entertainment are on the cutting edge of health and safety when it comes to access to any venue we work in

Please keep in mind from arriving to entering the building to loading into a lift and getting out the lift and corridors you must make sure our equipment will be able to turn and be delivered to where it has to be set up

Health and safety does not just cover the clients when working but also our staff

So we take great care when loading in and out of any venue, Access to any venue needs to be clear and be sufficient for us to get our items to where they need to be set up.

All our items have clear access requirements on their page under the "Size and Suitability" Tab, these requirements will need to be for the overall distance to where the items need to be placed and not have any obstacles in the way

With regards to items being placed inside on any level other than ground level, a lift will need to be supplied. If no lift is available at the time, then we would not be Insured to carry items up/down stairs.

If you have stairs at your venue, we ask for you to supply us with photos of the stairs so we can advise on the best way to make the event go ahead

Our staff have the right to decline doing the event with certain items if they feel it will put them or anyone at the venue in harms ways, this will also include damage to the item and the venue
