Q1. Do you have public liability insurance? If so, to what extent?

A1. We provide £10 million public liability insurance for any event.

Q2. Can you provide medically trained staff?

A2. Yes we can.

Q3. Can you provide power?

A3. Yes we can.

Q4. Can you provide trained staff at your events?

A4. Yes we can. We have fully trained staff for all items for hire.

Q5. Do you set up all the products that have been ordered for the Fun Day?

A5. Yes. We always set every item up for all clients.

Q6. Do you provide staff for your products?

A6. Yes. We provide staff for our products if our clients wish us to do this. Some of our equipment requires our trained staff at all times.

Q7. Are you limited to certain areas of the UK?

A7. No. We are able to deliver your Fun Day wherever it is located around the globe.

Q8. How much notice do you need to provide a Fun Day?

A8. There is no set time in organising a Fun Day, obviously the more time the better.

Q9. What payment terms are possible?

A9. You can pay by BACs, cash, cheque, and all major credit cards.

Q10. Do we need to pay for the entire fun day all at once?

A10. No. We take a 25% deposit on your booking then 14 days prior to your event we require full payment.

Q11. Do you provide food?

A11. Yes. We provide food from sweet carts to BBQs, to popcorn and candyfloss, to hotdogs.

Q12. For charity events do you expect to get paid?

A12. Yes. What we do, for all charities, is give a generous discount and work with them to ensure they order the appropriate items to leverage the money they can make from the Fun Day. It's in our DNA to support charitable giving.

Q13. Can you accept online payment?

A13. Yes we can.

Q14. Do you accept credit cards payment over the phone?

A14. No we do not. Card payments are made online only

Q15. Can we get a refund if it rains?

A15. No. We're sorry but we cannot be held responsible for the weather. But we will always help our clients on their next booking with us.

Q16. Are you restricted to certain hours of the day?

A16. No. We work 24 hours per day, so long or short times are no problem whatsoever.

Q17. Is there a restriction on the duration of the event?

A17. There is no restriction on duration of any events. It's up to you and the fund you have for the event.

Q18. Do you provide security for private parties?

A18. Yes. We have 2 large professional security companies that we use for many different functions.

Q19. Are your staff police checked?

A19. Yes. Our staff are CRB (criminal records bureau) checked, and are very friendly.

Q20. How do we know you will turn up?

A20. We have been providing fun items for hire for 11 years now. Not only can you speak with our staff when organising your event, we can happily provide you with contact details of some of our previous customers, if you'd like to speak with them, before making a decision.

Q21. Are you solely a provider of children's equipment?

A21. No. We are one of the largest hirers in the UK with fun items for babies, or children, or adults. Feel free to browse the website.
